Having been a pet parent for 15+ years, I understand firsthand the deep bond between pets and their guardians. They are our family and we love them more than we can put into words! With that, I've also experienced what a relief it is to find someone I can trust to look after my pet when I am halfway across the world, and I'm in a place in my life where I can pay that forward. Spoiler: that 'someone' I trusted were the Pet Pals!

My experience includes working alongside my pup with a professional dog trainer to address fear-based aggression, giving me a good baseline into animal behavior and the patience required to care for pets with special needs. For that reason, I'm always eager to understand animals on a deeper level—their needs, emotions, and unique personalities—because every ounce of investment we make in them comes back infinitely in unconditional love.

What services do you offer?: Pet sitting, dog walking, boarding care, overnight care, adventure services, medication administration, plant care.

Pet Care Experience: Dogs, cats, and always ready to learn how to care for other animals.

Pet Care Experience:

  • I feel very comfortable handling pets of different sizes and temperaments

  • I have experience administering medications to pets (e.g., oral meds, topical treatments).

  • I always prioritize creating a calm and safe environment for pets in my care

  • I am very good at following specific instructions from pet owners regarding routines, dietary restrictions, and care preferences.

  • I feel confident in my ability to assess a pet's behavior and adjust my approach accordingly depending on their mood and individual.

  • I am confident in my ability to care for pets with various needs (feeding, walking, socializing, etc.) and know how to communicate that accordingly.

  • I have a lot of experience with managing pet behaviors (e.g., reinforcing commands, managing issues like separation anxiety or aggression), but would like to know more about how the client uses their commands.

What's your favorite weather to walk in? : Late summer, early fall when the skies are blue, the air is crisp, the lakes are SUP-able, and mother nature is showing off the might of her majesty!
