  • PetPals is an administrative company that connects vetted independent contractors with clients in the community, to provide professional pet and home care services. What sets us apart from other dog walking services is our dedication to ethical practice, high standards of care, and the commitment to our community.

    PetPals LLC provides a unique work support system for contractors looking for long term clients, personalized schedule management support, and intentional internal systems to provide a readily available support system. We personally vet, onboard, and orient new contractors developing and maintaining their own businesses. Our operations are designed to foster client-centered care practices, within the field of pet care and are carefully constructed around our Standards of Care which align joint business practices.

    We prioritize your pet’s well-being while balancing realistic scheduling, safety, and sustainability.

    Professional Judgment Matters
    Our Pals are trusted to assess routines, environments, and capacity. Ethical care sometimes means adjusting or declining requests, recommending best practices based on intake meetings, and routine guided care.

    We build care structures that work over time—for pets, families, and professionals alike. Setting goals, managing expectations, and aligning care routines with others for reliable communication.

  • PetPals services are structured to allow for personalized care within defined boundaries.

    • Services are scheduled within arrival windows rather than exact times

    • Care types (boarding, overnight, continuous care) reflect different supervision levels

    • Customization is available when it fits safely within the service structure

    • Not every request is a good fit—and that’s intentional.

    This model allows us to maintain consistency, safety, and high standards across all services.

  • Pals reserve the right to:

    • Decline or modify services when needs exceed scope

    • Escalate concerns when safety or welfare is at risk

    PetPals, LLC is a fully remote service. We may best be reached by email with all questions or service-related information.

    • Monday to Friday: 10AM to 5PM

    • Saturday & Sunday: OFF

  • I can answer questions about Pals, services, daily care needs, sharing community resources, and all other field-related matters. I love connecting with people and growing our community, and am happy to answer any questions you may have!
