Drop-In Care

Drop-in care services involve brief visits to a client's home to attend to the needs of their pets and home. These services are designed to provide care, attention, and necessities for the animals when the client is away or at work for longer periods of time. At PetPals , LLC, we offer different types of drop-in care services differing between cats, dog, multi pet homes, plant and home care, or critter care, each tailored to meet the specific requirements of the client and their pets. They range from 30min, 45min, 60min and can be bundled for multiple drop-ins a day. 

During these visits, the primary focus is on the pet's immediate needs, such as feeding, providing fresh water, and a brief bathroom break, giving medications, checking the mail, and ensuring the home is secure when you leave. This service is ideal for clients who are away for a short duration and need someone to check in on their pets during feeding hours.

The assumption commonly is that clients are away from home for an extended period of time, by which it is our responsibility to meet more than just the basic dog walking needs but the general needs of the home and pets.

Extended Drop-In Care

Extended drop-in care services involve visits longer than an hour. If a pet caregiver needs more time, a 15-minute extension will be approved by the admin and confirmed with the client. In addition to necessities, this service allows for more interaction with the pets, including playtime, short walks, and additional attention. Extended drop-in care is suitable for clients who want their pets to receive more companionship and engagement during their absence.
