PetPals now offers Frequency Discounts — a smarter, more flexible way to save on care as your schedule evolves. Instead of committing to preset walk bundles, clients automatically save more the more often services are booked. All services must be the same length in order for the qualifying discount. ie., 3x30min dog walks weekly, 2x30 Cat Drop ins twice daily.

Enclosure Care Options
20-Minute Enclosure Care – $22
Covers up to 2 enclosures, including feeding, habitat checks, cleaning support, and basic home or plant care.This translates to: $21.15 per visit when booking 2+ visits per day (~5%)
40-Minute Enclosure Care (Extended) – $30
Supports up to 3 enclosures or more complex care needs.
This translates to: $28.50 per visit when booking 2+ visits per day (~5%)Additional Enclosure Time Extension (15 min) – $8
Per-day add-on for homes with additional enclosures or extended care needs.
Friend Referral
When you refer a friend to our services, let them know to drop you name… automatically get $30 in Credit for you and your friend, upon completion of their onboarding.
What are credits and how do I use them?
Credit is the same as store credit, let us know when and which invoice you would like to apply your credit to.
Senior Discounts
Our Seniors get higher savings.
Seniors automatically get a 10% discount which overwrites any other discount of lesser savings value. Seniors may also add other seasonal or promotional discounts of higher value on-top of this discount.
