We have a passion for caring for our community and the people and pets within it. We provide our community with a unique network of individuals we trust with our own pets. We take time to understand each individual animal, home, and human we interact with. We value consistency, boundaries, and long-term relationships. We are not a marketplace or an on-demand app. We are a coordinated care network designed to serve pets, clients, and care providers sustainably and professionally.

Once you complete the New Client Form, we will schedule an Intake Assessment (aka the Meet and Greet). This is where we welcome you into the PetPals community. During this visit, we take the time to learn your pet’s routines, temperament, and care needs, while also reviewing home access, safety preferences, and any medical or behavioral notes. This is a low-pressure, relationship-building appointment designed to ensure your pet is set up for consistent, comfortable care from day one. This meeting is typically 30-45 minutes long and you will meet two members of our team – your Primary Pal and a Support Pal. All Pals you meet are expected to provide the full range of coverage and support but may operate in different roles. Having two Pals guarantees backup coverage and better accommodates schedule changes or emergencies.
Clients often tell us this approach gives them added confidence knowing their pet is cared for by a coordinated, reliable team—not just a single individual. It’s part of our long-term commitment to safety, continuity, and high-quality care for every home we serve.
